Giving Back
We believe it’s important to use our skills for good. As such, we
support several organizations and charities throughout the year by
donating our handicrafts as prizes to be used to raise money. A list of
organizations supported and information about each is below.
Frame Fatales
Frame Fatales is a series of charity video game marathons. These events feature high-level gameplay by all-women speedrunners raising money for charity. Frame Fatales typically partners with the Malala Fund. The Malala Fund advocates for resources and policy changes needed to give all girls a secondary education, invests in local education activists and amplifies the voices of girls fighting for change.
Games Done Quick
Games Done Quick is a series of charity video game marathons. These events feature high-level gameplay by speedrunners raising money for charity. They are currently the largest fundraising event globally for both charities! To date, Games Done Quick has raised over 34 million dollars for charity. They also average over 3000 people in attendance at their events, including staff, volunteers, runners, and attendees just looking to have fun and support the event!
