Pen Styles
Do you like heavy, large, statement-piece pens? Or do you prefer the convenience and ease of a slim, portable slimline pen? Long pens? Short pens? There is a huge variety of pen styles and hardware to select from. Some pen styles have extra-long barrels to show off the colorful blank that was used for the pen; others have large amounts of shiny metallic hardware on both ends of the pen. Some pens are magentic, have styluses, or other bonus features! Whatever your preference, there is certainly a pen style out there that you'll enjoy.
Below are some of the common styles of pen that you will see throughout our shop, along with a brief description of each. If you have questions about a certain pen style, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Slimline
An extremely popular pen style, Slimline pens are the jack-of-all trades pen. They feature two barrels for maximum creativity, and come in a plethora of plating options and variants. Slimline pens are very light, typically slender, but are not overly short. They are the perfect pen for on-the-go in a purse, bag, briefcase, or backpack.

Slimline Variants
Slimline variants are based off the popular slimline style, but have been modified in some way. The most typical modification is removal or replacement of the center band. Typically, our modified Slimlines are just a touch shorter than Slimlines - we call them "rocket" pens because they look like little fireworks. Slimline variants are the perfect size for a bag, backpack, briefcase, or purse; they are lightweight, slender, and not too long. They are one of our best sellers.

Cigar
A very popular pen style, Cigar (or sometimes called Cuban) pens are fairly large pens. They are medium-to-long in length, weighty, and are fairly large around. Cigar pens are offered in a variety of plating choices and have a smooth twist mechanism. These are a perfect choice if you like a large pen, but don't want a huge rollerball or the classically large fountain pen.

Zen
One of our favorites, Zen pens are fountain pens with magnetic, postable caps! Zen pens are not too long; they are the perfect size if you want a fountain pen experience but dislike huge, heavy fountain pens. Each Zen pen comes with an ink cartridge or a refillable ink pump (if you prefer to use your own ink). Zen pens are compact enough to be portable, but still are nice and weighty in your hand.

Junior Series
A premium option, pens in the Junior series are made from high-end materials, platings, and components. Junior pens offer the more "classical" handmade pen experience; they are large, heavy, long, and have a larger diameter. Junior-series pens are typically offered in rollerball or fountain pen configurations, and can usually be converted between the two styles (with additional hardware). There are many differing cosmetic styles of Junior-series pens, but the "base" features are all the same. Junior-series pens are offered in premium plating options, such as rhodium, black titanium, and silver.

Slimline Click Pro
Slimline Click Pro pens have the same body style as a slimline, but are a little bit thicker and of course, feature a click mechanism. Because of the added thickness, they add a little weight to the standard slimline body. One of our everyday carry pens is a Slimline Click Pro, and it's been going strong with everyday use for over six years!
